There is a good to quite good chance our EVOO and toilet will not freeze solid again this winter. Xcel came out yesterday to help us figure out what is wrong with our freezing ground floor and how to fix it. Now that we know our rim joists need insulation we just have to trick Jake's dad into helping us him do it.
